What is your minimum order quantity (MOQ)?
From 1 MT per SKU for trial orders. Most buyers consolidate a full 15–18 MT container for the best freight economics.
Which Incoterms do you work on?
FOB, CIF and CFR are our standard terms, with EXW available on request for buyers managing their own freight forwarder.
Can you pack under our private label?
Yes — custom packaging, labelling and barcoding are available once artwork and your market's compliance requirements are confirmed.
What payment terms do you accept?
Typically 30% advance by telegraphic transfer with the balance against shipping documents, or an irrevocable Letter of Credit at sight for larger orders.
Do you provide samples before a bulk order?
Yes, samples matched to your specification are available on request and are generally adjustable against the confirmed order.
What documentation comes with each shipment?
Certificate of Analysis, Certificate of Origin, phytosanitary certificate and full shipping documentation are prepared in-house for every consignment.
